毕业于广东外语外贸大学，曾实地走访全球 60 余所中小学，对 K12 国际教育有着系统而深入的研究。在加入稻香湖学校之前，曾于清澜山学校担任招办主任六年，在任期间与两万多个家庭进行了深入沟通，始终秉持 “教育不是注满一桶水，而是点燃一把火” 的理念，坚信每个孩子都有其独特的光芒。亦深信教育的本质在于激发潜能、尊重个性，并重视与家庭的携手合作。
She graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and has visited over 50 primary and secondary schools worldwide, developing a comprehensive understanding of K-12 international education. Prior to joining Daoxianglake School, she served as the Director of Admissions at Tsinglan School for six years, where she engaged in deep conversations with more than 20,000 families. Guided by the belief that “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire,” she is committed to recognizing and nurturing the unique potential in every child. She firmly believes that the essence of education lies in inspiring minds, respecting individuality, and fostering strong collaboration with families.
