孟博妍，初中部校长助理兼心理教师，拥有美国弗吉尼亚大学教育心理学硕士学位，是一名持证教师及项目管理专业人士（PMP），并接受过北京大学第六医院的相关培训。她拥有六年的海外经历，曾在北京私立汇佳学校担任小学心理咨询师，负责学生支持与家校协作工作。目前，她在清华附中国际部支持中学部的管理与心理咨询事务。她具备出色的项目管理能力，曾主导搭建教育申请系统。她深信教育的起点在于看见每一个独特的个体，并致力于为学校社区注入温暖而坚定的支持力量。
Boyan (Cindy) Meng, Middle School Office Assistant, Counselor, she holds a Master's in Educational Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a certified educator and Project Management Professional (PMP), with training from Peking University Sixth Hospital. With six years of international experience, she served as an Elementary School Counselor at BIBA, leading student support and family collaboration. She now supports secondary school leadership and counseling at THISDL. Skilled in project management, she has built educational systems and led student planning.
