钱悦，拥有香港浸会大学博士学位及高中教师资格证，深耕国际教育领域，曾先后在公立学校国际部及知名国际学校担任学术主任、校长助理等职，主导课程体系优化与跨学部管理工作。作为人大附中理科实验班毕业生，她曾获迎春杯数学竞赛一等奖及AMC数学竞赛满分，展现出卓越的学术能力。钱悦坚信教育是师生双向成长的过程，始终以"尊重、信任、理解"为基石构建教学关系，擅长通过辩论式教学法激发学生批判性思维，引导学生从被动接受转向主动探索，培养其逻辑表达与问题解决能力。
Rena Qian holds a Ph.D. from Hong Kong Baptist University and a high school teaching certificate. With extensive experience in international education, she has served as Academic Director and Assistant Principal, leading curriculum development and cross-departmental management. A graduate of the RDFZ Science Experimental Class, she distinguished herself by winning first prize in the Yingchun Cup Mathematics Competition and achieving a perfect AMC score. Rena believes education is a mutual growth process. She builds teaching relationships on “respect, trust, and understanding,” and excels at debate-based pedagogy to stimulate critical thinking, guiding students from passive reception to active problem-solving.
