李学珍，北京师范大学英语学士，英国约克大学发展心理学硕士；中教一级职称，K-12正念教练，9年班主任龄；本科毕业后在北师大附中初中部和国际部任教十余年，赴美汉语志愿者教师，西城区兼职英语教研员，参与拟定西城中考模拟卷和中考阅卷。硕士毕业后在海南、苏州K-12学校AP、IB MYP等体系里教授英语、心理相关课程并承担管理工作，同时负责教师培训、家长培训，2022年回京后在某"海淀六小强"国际部任教。她认为：学习乃至人生都是每个个体的“英雄之旅”，她愿当个灯塔，为小英雄们标记认知的汪洋，保护希望之光。
Xuezhen Li holds a BA in English Literature from Beijing Normal University and an MSc in Developmental Psychology from the University of York. As a certified English teacher and K‑12 Mindfulness coach, she brings over a decade of teaching experience at the High School Affiliated to BNU, followed by roles in AP/IB programs in Hainan and Suzhou as a subject leader and pastoral care leader. Now based in Beijing, she is dedicated to guiding students on their "hero's journey" as a lighthouse of hope.
