朱宁，人事干部兼教科研干事。日本武藏野大学英语教育专业硕士，英语语言文学学士；持有英语专业八级、TOEFL 111 分、日语 JLPT N2 等语言资格证书。曾在日本生活五年，深耕东亚二语习得与国际教育研究，拥有多年英语教育领域从业经验。先后任职于北京新东方优能中学部、日本高校，担任英语讲师，具备扎实的一线教学功底与丰富的跨文化教学实践经验。现同时兼任校内标化考试中心教学工作，专注初高中英语教学，擅长搭建中学英语与国际标化课程的衔接体系，具备完整的教学框架、命题思路与靶向备考方法，教学针对性强。
Kitagawa Nei, HR & Education Research Officer. He earned his Master’s degree in English Education from Musashino University, Japan, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. He is certified with TEM-8 (Test for English Majors-Band 8), TOEFL iBT 111, and JLPT N2. Having lived in Japan for 5 years, he specializes in research on East Asian second language acquisition and international education. With years of dedicated experience in English education, he has solid frontline teaching and cross-cultural teaching practice: he previously worked as an English lecturer at the U-Can Middle School Department of Beijing New Oriental and a university in Japan. He concurrently teaches at the Standardized Test Center, focusing on junior and senior high school English instruction. He excels in bridging middle and high school English with international standardized curricula, possessing a complete teaching system, rigorous proposition logic, and highly targeted exam preparation strategies.
