王实 Shiny

副校长王实，毕业于东北师范大学,中学高级教师。曾于北京四中任职近二十年，现任清华附中校长助理、清华附中稻香湖学校副校长、升学指导中心主任、清澜山学校学术顾问。2016年受清华附中委派参与创建北京海淀凯文学校，并担任创校校长之一。现任清华附中稻香湖学校副校长。曾获北京四中园丁奖、美国国务院杰出贡献奖、中西方教育融合卓越贡献人物等荣誉。

Shiny Wang graduated from Northeast Normal University,is a high school Senior teacher, serves as Deputy Head of School of Tsinghua International School Daoxiang Lake, Assistant to the Principal at Tsinghua University High School and Director of College Counseling. He founded Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy on behalf of Tsinghua University High School and acted as one of the founding principals. Winner of Gardener's Award from Beijing No.4 High School, Outstanding Contribution Award from United States Department of State (Education USA) and Outstanding contributor to the Integration of Chinese and Western education.
