副书记兼校长助理谢志爽，先后毕业于哈尔滨师范大学和清华大学。自2010年起在清华附中本部及一体化学校任职，曾任清华附中拔尖创新型人才培养项目小学部负责人、清华附中培训部副主任和清华附中潭柘寺学校副校长、小学部主管校长。海淀区骨干教师，曾获北京市教育学会第八届“京研杯”教育教学研究成果一等奖和北京市首届“教师基本功与智慧”教育教学研究成果一等奖等奖项。

Catherine Xie graduated from Harbin Normal University and Tsinghua University. She has been working in Tsinghua High School (THHS) Integrated Schools since 2010, during which she served as the Chief of the Primary Division of the Innovation Education Programme of THHS, Deputy Director of the Training Department of THHS and Vice Principal and Primary Principal of THHS Tanzhesi School. She is a core teacher of Haidian District and has also won the first prize of the eighth‘Beijing Research Cup’of the Beijing Education Society and the first prize of the first Educational and Teaching Achievements (Teachers’basic skills and wisdom) of Beijing.
