1990年毕业于山东师范大学历史系历史学专业，中学高级教师。深耕高中历史教学35年，退休前就职于北京市和平街一中高中历史教师。现就职于清华大学附中广华学校。教研组长、备课组长，高二历史教师。工作35年以来一直工作在教学一线，有高中和初中历史教学经验。曾担任高中历史教研组长12年，历任高三备课组长，有丰富的课堂教学经验，课堂氛围热烈、友好，善于引领式学生思考探讨问题，教学效果突出，多次被评为教学工作突出贡献奖。高三教育教学经验丰富，高考成绩突出。班主任工作15年，对学生有爱心，乐于与学生分享学习、生活心得，与学生关系良好。曾获得朝阳区优秀班主任称号。爱岗敬业，热爱教育工作，连续多年被评为师德标兵。
Graduated from the Department of History, Shandong Normal University with a major in History in 1990, and holds the title of Senior Middle School Teacher. With 35 years of dedicated experience in high school history teaching, she served as a high school history teacher at Beijing Hepingjie No.1 Middle School before retirement. Currently, she works at Tsinghua University High School Guanghua Campus, holding positions as the Teaching and Research Group Leader, Lesson Preparation Group Leader, and Grade 2 (Senior High) history teacher. Over the 35 years of work, she has always been on the frontline of teaching, with teaching experience in both high school and junior high school history. She served as the high school history teaching and research group leader for 12 years and successively held the post of Grade 3 (Senior High) lesson preparation group leader, boasting rich classroom teaching experience. Her classes are lively and friendly; she is good at guiding students to think and discuss issues, achieving remarkable teaching results, and has been awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award in Teaching" multiple times. She has extensive experience in Grade 3 (Senior High) education and teaching, with outstanding college entrance examination results.
