Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Beijing Normal University, she holds the title of Senior Middle School Teacher. She has dedicated 35 years to middle school mathematics education, with 26 years of experience as a homeroom teacher, 18 years as the mathematics teaching and research group leader, and 5 years as the group leader of the education group. She led the mathematics group to be awarded "District-Level Excellent Teaching and Research Group" multiple times; the classes she managed won "Municipal Excellent Class Collective" and "District-Level Excellent Class Collective". Her honors include the "District Special Contribution Award", "Sunshine Cup Homeroom Teacher", and "District Key Homeroom Teacher".
毕业于北京市师范大学数学系，中学高级教师，深耕中学数学教育35年，班主任工作26年，数学教研组长18年，集团组长5年。带领数学组多次被评为区级优秀教研组，所带班级获市级、区级优秀班集体，获区特殊贡献嘉奖，阳光杯班主任，区骨干班主任。教学经验丰富，上课幽默风趣，善于引导学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，注重对学生个体的培养。善于学习与思考，教学效果突出，在全区中考质量分析会上做经验介绍，受到与会领导和老师们的赞赏与肯定。二十余年从事实验班的教学工作，为进一步提升教育教学能力，在墨尔本进行过短期学习与交流，拓展了教学方法与教育l理念，至今继续快乐地行进在耕耘与收获的路上。
