She graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Peking University Branch for her undergraduate studies, and later studied in the postgraduate program of the Chinese Department at Capital Normal University. She holds a Senior High School Teacher Qualification Certificate and a Grade-1 Putonghua Proficiency Certificate.She has successively worked as a high school Chinese teacher at Beijing Hepingjie No.1 Middle School, Beijing High School Branch, and other schools. With 12 years of experience as a homeroom teacher, she has taught 15 senior three college entrance examination graduating classes. She has gone through 5 rounds of textbook reforms, 2 rounds of college entrance examination reforms, and 3 major changes in the question types of Beijing’s college entrance examination for high school Chinese, thus having a thorough grasp of Beijing’s college entrance examination Chinese papers. For years, she has served as a lesson preparation group leader and a mentor for young teachers. Boasting rich teaching experience, her teaching philosophy and methods are widely recognized by parents and students.
本科毕业于北京大学分校汉语言文学专业，后在首都师范大学中文系研究生班学习。拥有高级中学教师资格证书、普通话水平一级证书。曾先后在北京市和平街第一中学、北京中学分校等担任高中语文教师。做过12年班主任，教过15届高三高考毕业班，经历过北京高中语文5轮教材改革、2轮高考改革和3次高考试题题型大变化，对北京高考试题研究透彻。工作以来，教育教学论文、教学设计多次在市区校级各种教育教学比赛中获奖，论文在杂志上发表；参与主持过多个市区级课题；多次承担区级校级公开课、研究课，在区教研中心的语文教研活动中做专题发言；多次承担朝阳语文目标练习的编写工作，以及朝阳区教学课程资源的开发工作；主持开发了学校的多个校本课程。多年来一直担任备课组长，及青年教师的导师。教学经验丰富，教学理念和教学方法深受家长和学生的广泛认可。
