For generations, teachers have held aloft the lamp to guide the way, remaining true to their original aspirations as they dedicate themselves to the classroom, using their gentle light to illuminate the path of their students’ growth. Illuminating themselves to light the way for others is the gentle essence unique to teachers. On this Teachers’ Day, the campus is filled with a heartwarming exchange: the young students who were once so carefully nurtured now repay their teachers’ kindness with pure warmth, taking their turn to shine a light on the mentors who have worked so quietly behind the scenes.

With the refreshing autumn breeze and the fragrance of osmanthus blossoms filling the air, we are about to welcome the 42nd Teachers’ Day. The theme of this year’s celebration is: “Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Building a Culture of Respecting Teachers and Valuing Education Together.” On this special occasion, on behalf of all faculty and staff, we would like to extend our most sincere gratitude and warmest wishes to every parent who has consistently cared about, understood, and supported the work of our school.

Plan for the Election of the 6th Student Union of THISDL

In the recently announced results of the 2026 ChinaMDO, THISDL student Qi Zikun achieved an outstanding score of 157 out of 160, winning first place in the national gold medal category—losing just 3 points out of a possible 160! With this achievement, he has successfully been selected for the IMDO Chinese National Team and will represent China at the International Biomedical and Disease Olympiad Global Competition.

Recently, the 2026 Beijing Youth Golf Development Series came to a successful conclusion. THISDL student Wu Qingzhu remained composed throughout the tournament and, thanks to her steady performance and solid technical skills, secured second place in the Girls’ Group C division.
