At the tennis competition of the 15th National Games, four outstanding students from THISDL—Kong Weiyi, Zhang Ruien, Shao Yushan, and Zhang Ziye—represented the Beijing team, stepping onto the nation’s premier stage for youth competition with high spirits. At this year’s National Games, the Beijing delegation delivered a stellar performance, sweeping both the men’s and women’s team titles in the youth category to become a dazzling highlight of the event. The remarkable performance of the THISDL students not only contributed crucial strength to the Beijing team’s victory but also brought great honor to their school.

Recently, Ms. Xin Ying, Principal of THISDLl, was invited to contribute a signed article titled “The Measure of Education Must Be Oriented Towards Each Living Being” to the “Principal’s Strategies” column of Haidian Education magazine. With sincere educational passion and profound practical insights, the article comprehensively showcases the school’s explorations and achievements over the past five years in educational philosophy, curriculum reform, and the development of its student nurturing system. It puts forward the educational proposition that “the measure of education should not be derived from systems and evaluations, but must be rooted in life itself.”
